About Chef Claudia
With dishes inspired by her hometown of Trinidad, Claudia Fentress has become an international chef, specializing in Caribbean and American food. Claudia developed a passion for cooking at a young age, being surrounded by a family of cooks. When Claudia moved to the United States, she completed culinary school and turned her passion into a business. She credits her skills to her family, natural talents of incorporating technique, and simply, her love for cooking. With a desire to share her work with the world, Trini 1 Stop was founded.
